I hold a BA in Media Skills from Kingston University (2016), but my digital adventure started long before that. Back in 2007, I was already building and moderating online communities for platforms like Keenspot, Comic Genesis, and Machinefloor Inc.
In 2019, I took the leap into professional IT support at IT Genie Ltd, moving up from Service Desk Engineer to Team Leader. I focused on clear communication, solving complex tech puzzles, and mentoring my team.
Today, Iβm with G Network Communications, supporting users across systems and time zones, handling everything from cloud services to hardware β always keeping reliability and a friendly approach at the core.
I love bridging the gap between people and technology β solving problems calmly and making tech feel simple and human.
